It came two days earlier than the estimated. It all came in three boxes. I love that it’s easy and no assembly required. Is recommended to let it air out for 48 to 72 hours. It only has been 24 hours. The covers are very soft like chenille. We sat on it and is a bit firm and I hope it will give a bit with use. I hope this couch will last us for a while. I love the couch and it feels amazing. It’s like sitting by on a fleece jacket yet it’s the perfect amount of firm if that’s your style. If you like more of a plush or soft couch this probably isn’t for you. It is comfortable even though it’s firm. It takes about three days to fully expand so if you unpackage it and think it’s not as described just give it time. It accommodate a taller person with longer legs due to the dimensions of the cushion from knee to hip. it is a little lower to the ground than I anticipated, but it is doable.
