This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I've never been disappointed and never ever had to return anything. I've purchased a sectional, a very lg chair and ottoman, which my dogs just love when they can sit with me. kitchen carts and a lot of misc. items over the years. This was my second attempt at getting a new recliner. Had to return the first one I bought so thought I would give Wayfair another shot. I’ve bought a few other things from them and was happy with my purchases. With this recliner we were off to a shaky start with getting it assembled. I purchased the assembly service via Wayfair and the first appointment was canceled after I had already cancelled an important appointment so I would be home. They don’t ask what is the best time for you, you’re just given a date. The second attempt I was called and asked if we could reschedule and I so no. He managed to keep the appointment and once he was at my house everything turned around. The gentleman who assembled the chair was so nice! He was prompt and professional too. Now I’m in love with this chair!! It’s so comfortable and does everything, massage, heat, cup holders, lifts to aid in standing. The material is buttery soft.
