The heat function is a nice touch and the Bluetooth speakers are convenient for listening to music while using the chair. Setup was fairly straightforward and the chair feels sturdy. I only wish the touchscreen was luminated However, the massage intensity and heat coverage could be better. The rollers sometimes feel like they miss certain areas of the back, and the massage programs are somewhat limited. This chair was a disappointment. I needed one for my husband and he is 6 foot tall and this chair is very small. When you sit in the chair, the built-in pillow pushes your shoulders and trunk out and your head is leaning back looking for support, but there is none. It’s hard to explain, but it doesn’t fit your body. Myself , my husband and my son all tried it and no one fit in the chair properly. I like the look of the chair very sleek and modern looking. The product appears to be well built and operate quietly. A couple of suggestions for improvement would be the following: 1) The shoulder width could be reduced by 5-10cm from the lowest setting as currently the roller hit my shoulder blades 2) The intensity of pressure of the Full-body massage is not uniform along the spline, i.e, the waist area is weak while the buttock area is too strong. 3) Under the automatic mode, when the deep massage mode is selected the chair is constantly moving up and down which I find to be very annoying.
