It also includes a USB port to charge your devices.

This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

Very pleased with the two recliners I purchased from Wayfair!. Janet. Cleveland Ohio. Wed Sep 30 2026

You been thinking about one of these for months. Your neighbor got one. Your brother swears by his. You keep putting it off because they all look like dentists' chairs. This one does not. It reads like furniture, not a medical device. You sit down, pick something on the screen, and the tension in your spine starts to give. A while passes and you stop checking your phone. It takes about twenty minutes to put together. The Bluetooth speaker pairs quick. The footrest pulls out for taller users. That is the whole thing.

I received this massage chair in a timely manner and in good condition. I like that it came in 2 separate boxes which made it easier to get through the doorways into my spare bedroom. It was easy to assemble because of the video on the Wayfair description. I like the massage features, but the heat is very minimal.. Phyllis. Salem, OH. Sun Jun 07 2026

Built for living rooms and bedrooms, this adjustable recliner blends relaxation, mobility assistance and handy storage into one practical furniture piece.

This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! The fabric is so soft and plush, and with the heat and so many massage settings, this bad boy is so comfortable you’re not going to want to get out of it! It even has two really nice pull-out metal cup holders, one on each armrest. We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! We got this for my mother, who has a very small room and is pretty tiny herself. Her last chair was smaller, and after getting this one, I have to say — even though it’s probably a little large for her room — I wouldn’t go back. That old chair just wasn’t comfortable or well made. So if you’re shopping for a lift chair for your loved one, my recommendation is to go bigger (and better) so they’ll actually be comfortable in it!. Jennifer. Tue Jul 21 2026

Very good value and extremely comfortable. Great for assisting standing. I would highly recommend it especially for seniors. The message feature is also very good.. Marvin. Wed Jul 15 2026

Chair is good if you are looking for a small place and are short/skinny. If you are taller than 5’4” I wouldn’t recommend it as it will be too short for you. My dad is 6’and had to send back for this reason, otherwise said it was comfortable.. Julie. Paris, TX. Mon Sep 07 2026

Multiple pieces to put together so it’s a bit time consuming but the chairs themselves are great looking and comfortable! So happy with my purchase. Beware that the delivery of the product is not an easy process. They are very heavy boxes so make sure they are delivered to an area from which you can easily manage them into the house. Also, my specific delivery was pushed for days and dealing with FedEx “customer service” was an extreme exercise in patience.. Sheila. Tue Dec 09 2025

This is a nice massage chair. You can literally select from the screen where you want to be massaged from the tip of your toes all the way to the top of your head, and also choose the intensity of the massage. This chair also reclines back so you can lay in a comfortable position to add pressure to other areas while being massaged. It actually has rollers and also a heat option, which makes it more relaxing. I gave 4 stars because although it has wheels in the back, it is a bit clunky and heavy to move. (I also encountered a problem where at first I received a chair that was damaged and used, but this was corrected right away) Overall, a nice chair.. Jenny. Minooka, IL. Sat Jun 06 2026
