This is a first day of use review....The chair is fairly hard when sitting in it upright. Its comfortable when you are laying back in it. The heat doesn't get very hot, I was kind of expecting like a heating pad almost. It is just warm. The massage part of it is just vibrations. One arm is loose already. It was fairly easy to put together. We couldn't find the instruction, then once we got it put together and tried it out, it fell out from under the leg fold when we lifted the legs up. Not sure I would buy again, but its ok.. Kylie. New Braunfels, TX. Tue Sep 15 2026
