This chair was just unpacked and put together so this is a review of another sort. I paid the extra fee for “Home Services “ which basically is someone to put the ordered item together. This chair was in multiple pieces . The young man, Ramon, could not have been nicer. He texted the night before, and first thing this morning to let me know his arrival time. He arrived on time and worked nonstop until the chair was constructed. He was conscientious, polite, professional and hardworking. Before he left he tried all the settings on the new chair-very considerate.. Sally. PA. Wed Sep 16 2026

Chair is good if you are looking for a small place and are short/skinny. If you are taller than 5’4” I wouldn’t recommend it as it will be too short for you. My dad is 6’and had to send back for this reason, otherwise said it was comfortable.. Julie. Paris, TX. Mon Sep 07 2026

After a long day, imagine sinking into the 41" Oversized Power Lift Assist Chair in your living room. Multiple pieces to put together so it’s a bit time consuming but the chairs themselves are great looking and comfortable! So happy with my purchase. Beware that the delivery of the product is not an easy process. They are very heavy boxes so make sure they are delivered to an area from which you can easily manage them into the house. Also, my specific delivery was pushed for days and dealing with FedEx “customer service” was an extreme exercise in patience.. Sheila. Tue Dec 09 2025

The massage chair will improve your life in many ways. The shoulder adjustment design allows it to work for people of all sizes. This is a dream chair for anyone looking to significantly raise their daily comfort and life satisfaction.

I tried it out immediately without setting any specific functions. I just went with what it was set at. Aaaah!! Wonderful!! I can't wait to try all of the features!! Reviews that I read before buying this chair were, for the most part, favorable. Some folks took issue with the foot massager compression being too tight. It was a bit snug. But there are ways to adjust that. Overall, I'm tickled pink!!. Jane. Panama City Beach, FL. Tue Jul 14 2026

You been thinking about one of these for months. Your neighbor got one. Your brother swears by his. You keep putting it off because they all look like dentists' chairs. This one does not. It reads like furniture, not a medical device. You sit down, pick something on the screen, and the tension in your spine starts to give. A while passes and you stop checking your phone. It takes about twenty minutes to put together. The Bluetooth speaker pairs quick. The footrest pulls out for taller users. That is the whole thing.

I received this massage chair in a timely manner and in good condition. I like that it came in 2 separate boxes which made it easier to get through the doorways into my spare bedroom. It was easy to assemble because of the video on the Wayfair description. I like the massage features, but the heat is very minimal.. Phyllis. Salem, OH. Sun Jun 07 2026

Equipped with a convenient hidden cup holder plus a large side storage pocket, it lets you store drinks, remotes, phones and magazines close at hand, eliminating messy clutter. Built for living rooms and bedrooms, this adjustable recliner blends relaxation, mobility assistance and handy storage into one practical furniture piece.

This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! The fabric is so soft and plush, and with the heat and so many massage settings, this bad boy is so comfortable you’re not going to want to get out of it! It even has two really nice pull-out metal cup holders, one on each armrest. We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! We got this for my mother, who has a very small room and is pretty tiny herself. Her last chair was smaller, and after getting this one, I have to say — even though it’s probably a little large for her room — I wouldn’t go back. That old chair just wasn’t comfortable or well made. So if you’re shopping for a lift chair for your loved one, my recommendation is to go bigger (and better) so they’ll actually be comfortable in it!. Jennifer. Tue Jul 21 2026

I was hesitant to buy this after a tummy tuck, but it has been great! This is more petite than many other lift recliners so it fits in my room well. I don't use the massage often, but I use the lift all the time. It lifts me up just enough so my center of gravity shifts forward. I also love that the arms are sturdy, but not too thick. I can wrap my hands around them to help shift or move. I am in this chair many hours a day right now, and have slept in it too. Highly recommended, especially for the price point.. Elizabeth. The massage function is great especially the back and neck. It is a narrow chair so make sure to look at the measurements. It is comfortable when the massage rollers are going but is not a chair to sit in while they are off. Very easy to set up.. Kimberly. Hawley, PA. Sat Aug 22 2026

You do not set out to buy a massage chair. You sprain something, or you stiffen up after a long week, and suddenly you are shopping for one. This one does not overthink it. You pick a setting, get comfortable, and let it run. Something loosens. It squeezes, then lets go. Twenty minutes later you forgot what you were doing. No app to download. No subscription to manage. You sit down, press a button, and it goes. That is the whole pitch.

Easy to assemble. Works great. I did add a folded up fleece blanket under me because the rollers are a little intense, getting used to them, and that works great.. Diana Walls. Pierron Illinois. Sun Jul 12 2026
