So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. This is a nice massage chair. You can literally select from the screen where you want to be massaged from the tip of your toes all the way to the top of your head, and also choose the intensity of the massage. This chair also reclines back so you can lay in a comfortable position to add pressure to other areas while being massaged. It actually has rollers and also a heat option, which makes it more relaxing. I gave 4 stars because although it has wheels in the back, it is a bit clunky and heavy to move.
