Nobody plans to buy a massage chair. Then you sit in one at a friend's house, and suddenly your sofa feels inadequate. It starts at the top of your back and works its way down. Warmth settles in as it goes. You stop checking your phone and just sit there. Most chairs like this end up as clothes racks. This one gets used daily, mostly because it does not take up half the room. It just sits there, waiting, and you keep finding reasons to sit in it.

Amazing, wow working very good, feeling like in the moon. Giacomo. US. Mon Aug 03 2026

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My honest first review of the Wayfair Head Spa Bed Review by The Lash Mafia I’ll be doing a FULL review of this head spa bed on my Instagram, but I wanted to start with my first impressions because I know there are quite a few Wayfair reviews out there that aren’t the greatest. Honestly, I was VERY nervous about ordering this bed. I had previously ordered a different bed from Wayfair and it arrived damaged, so naturally I was hesitant to take another chance—especially on something this large and expensive. But I have to say, my experience with THIS bed has been completely different so far. ❤️ ORDERING DELIVERY I called Wayfair… and called again… and probably called again after that because I wanted to make absolutely sure I knew what I was getting into. Every time I called, they answered my questions and were extremely helpful. I was also able to have the bed delivered directly into the room of my choice. The delivery itself was incredibly easy. The delivery team was fast, communicative, and professional, and they placed the bed exactly where I needed it. I basically had nothing left to do except unbox it and position it in my space. ️ FIRST IMPRESSION Upon opening the bed, everything looked good, and after plugging it in, all of the electrical functions worked properly. I will be leaving another updatereview once I have the plumbing completely installed and have actually used the bed for clients. ⚠️ IMPORTANT PLUMBING INFORMATION This is probably the most important thing I want anyone considering this bed to know. The plumbing needs to be planned BEFORE you install the bed. The shampoo bowl sits slightly lower than the pedicure basin, creating approximately a 2-inch slope for drainage. Because of that, your plumbing is best suited to either • Being installed in the floor, OR • Having the bed elevated enough to allow proper drainage. Your plumber needs to account for that slope when planning the drain. Also, both the shampoo bowl and pedicure basin have their own hot-water, cold-water, and drain connections. That means you need to plan for either • Two separate plumbing connectionssystems, OR • Properly merging the plumbing into one system. I personally have a great plumber, and my plumbing work is costing me around 450, but your price will obviously depend on your existing plumbing setup and what your plumber needs to do. Another thing to know there are two access points for the plumbing—one on the side of the bed near the pedicure basin and another on the back near the shampoo bowl. RECLINING FUNCTION The automatic reclining feature works, but there is one thing I wanted to clarify because I initially wasn’t sure what to expect. You have to press and HOLD the button for the bed to move. It isn’t a one-press-and-release automatic movement. You hold the button while you want the bed to raise or lower. ‍♀️ PILLOWS FACE CRADLE I LOVE that the bed came with two pillows and a massage face cradle. The rectangular pillow attaches underneath the bed using Velcro straps, which is a really nice little storageconvenience feature. ONE MORE THING TO CONSIDER The bed sits pretty low to the ground, especially when you’re trying to access the plumbing. If you’re going to be working underneatharound the bed frequently, I would recommend having a low stoolchair available. Alternatively, you may want to consider elevating the bed if your plumbing setup requires it. ⭐️ MY FIRST IMPRESSION 55 So far, I’m genuinely happy with this purchase. I haven’t completed the plumbing or used it with a client yet, so I’m intentionally calling this my FIRST REVIEW rather than giving a final review. But based on the ordering process, customer service, delivery, condition of the bed, electrical functions, included accessories, and overall first impression, I’m very happy with it so far. I’ll be posting a FULL Instagram review once the plumbing is finished and I’ve actually used the bed for my head spa clients, including how comfortable it is, how the water functions perform, drainage, massagereclining features, client experience, and anything else I discover. — The Lash Mafia If you’re considering buying this bed, SAVE this review. The plumbing information is something I wish I had known before ordering.. Janiah. The Lash Mafia. Mon Aug 24 2026

I've used this for s few weeks now and wanted to add a few things. I'm pretty sure it said it was a dual motor and it is not. The head and footrest move together which is what I didn't want. It's already starting to get squeaky. I paid alot more than the present sale price. This was easy to set up and works great both the reclining and lifting and I didn't feel tipped forward. I've shrunk down to 5' 1" and my feet just reach the end of the foot rest which might not work for some people. Unfortunately the top of my head only hits the bottom of the headrest and get pushed forward slightly and I have have a bad neck so i have to put a round pillow behind my neck and can't take advantage of the massage in that spot but the rest of the massage is good not too intense. The heat works great. Had to turn it off after a few minutes. Will keep you toasty in the winter. It's firmer than I would like in the seat and leaves me with a lower back ache. The width is good. I'm wide and it accomodates me comfortably. The color is a nice chocolate brown very dark although I may have preferred the beige but I like it. The feel is very smooth. Cup holders are a nice touch. Everything was exactly as I expected. Delivery was fine, too. Although the Fed ex guy tried leaving it in the wet mulch and not on the porch which was only a few feet away. He did move the boxes when I asked but that's on Fed Ex.. Linda. Coraopolis, PA. Thu Apr 18 2024

Comfortable. Takes a little time to get used to. The massage feature is nice, although it doesn't have the heating seat option which I would have preferred. The material is soft, although laying on it is not too soft. I think I just need time to get used to it. Overall, a good purchase.. Anonymous. Thu Nov 27 2025
