This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The cup holders, USB port and pockets are nice extras.. Kelly. Peoria, IL. Fri Jul 31 2026

Best thing I ever purchased. Queen Nay. Washington Dc. Tue May 19 2026

You been thinking about one of these for months. Your neighbor got one. Your brother swears by his. You keep putting it off because they all look like dentists' chairs. This one does not. It reads like furniture, not a medical device. You sit down, pick something on the screen, and the tension in your spine starts to give. A while passes and you stop checking your phone. It takes about twenty minutes to put together. The Bluetooth speaker pairs quick. The footrest pulls out for taller users. That is the whole thing.

I received this massage chair in a timely manner and in good condition. I like that it came in 2 separate boxes which made it easier to get through the doorways into my spare bedroom. This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! The fabric is so soft and plush, and with the heat and so many massage settings, this bad boy is so comfortable you’re not going to want to get out of it! It even has two really nice pull-out metal cup holders, one on each armrest. We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! We got this for my mother, who has a very small room and is pretty tiny herself. Her last chair was smaller, and after getting this one, I have to say — even though it’s probably a little large for her room — I wouldn’t go back. That old chair just wasn’t comfortable or well made. So if you’re shopping for a lift chair for your loved one, my recommendation is to go bigger (and better) so they’ll actually be comfortable in it!. Jennifer. Tue Jul 21 2026
