This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I am pleasantly surprised at the comfort of this chair! The seat cushion is a little more firm than I would normally want - but it is still comfortable to be in for several hours. I really appreciate the configuration of the remote, one center button brings my chair back to an upright position. WooHoo! The color is creamy white as listed, but it is the cream color I was hoping for. It took my husband and I about an hour to put it together, and did not present any issues while doing so.
