Overall, very good refridgerator with only a minor insignificant flaw. That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. It is extremely quiet, you won’t hear it at all. The top section shelf layout is also very well designed. The door has deep shelves, the inside has glass shelves and there are three separate pull-out drawers. Everything in the entire refrigerator is well lit, easily seen and easily accessible so nothing will get lost to spoil. The bottom freezer section is very big, you could easily get a full frozen turkey in there. There’s a separate sliding drawer in the freezer for smaller items and the ice maker tray which is very well sized. The temperature controls are right inside the top door, are readily accessible and allow you to set the coldness level to exactly what you want. This refrigerator is big so very carefully measure the width and height of where you’re planning it to go and the doorway widths of the path to get it into your house when it’s delivered, especially if you live in an older house with lower cabinets or smaller doorways. After speaking to several people who have owned Samsung products, I was assured that they have all had great experiences with this company. I love the beverage center and two size options for ice. I love my refrigerator, especially the pullout drawer under the double doors. Also, my son loves the double ice makers in 2 sizes. On the left double door in the right corner is a lever that opens the door to access the water there is also a pitcher you can fill with water. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit.
