Whether filled with splashing birds, hungry visitors, or overflowing greenery, this charming pedestal makes a beautiful centerpiece for the garden.

The birdbath is beautiful! However, it is very light weight. I had to fill it with water and use grounding stakes to hold it down…just happened to be a very windy day when I received it. My husband said it is too deep, that I will drown the birds…LOL. I will keep it because it is very pretty and will drain some of the water.. Anonymous. US. Fri May 15 2026

Nice bird bath, I've seen the birds using it. As others note, it is made of plastic, but seems to be sturdy. Has four nice prongs that really hold it in the ground. **UPDATE** Second season coming to an end, this has held together very well. Most of the gold is gone, but it has held up and is still very sturdy. I'm very surprised (and happy) about it!. Michael. Chicago. Sat Sep 05 2026

This beautiful Birdbath with the artistic bird perched on its edge is the perfect accessory for bird watchers, nature lovers, and gardeners alike. Outdoor enthusiasts know that a water feature like the Charlton Home®® BirdBath not only brings birds flocking but will impress your neighbors as well!

Very Lightweight, which I think is helpful for being able to tip over to dump the water out and refresh. Also, if you end up wanting to move it around the yard, it being lighter makes that a lot easier. Like other reviews have stated, I ended up putting sand in the post section while putting it together. I think it did help give a little more stability. It includes 3 stakes to secure it to the ground. Depending on the space you're putting it in, it may not feel super secure. Have had a few windier days, and it's held up nicely. If you're looking for a lower price point birdbath that has a nice look to it, this may be the new addition needed for your garden space.. Danielle. Waterville, ME. Fri May 08 2026

Sun Pottery Classic Bird Bath has a unique, strong, locking device (not plastic). All Alcott Hill® glazed pottery and bird baths are fired in gas kilns. These are significantly more environmentally friendly than the large, standard, wood-fired "Dragon" kilns used by most of Alcott Hill® competitors. The "Dragon" kilns burn a huge amount of rubber wood at each firing which is very bad for the environment and doesn't provide even firing for the product. Alcott Hill® gas Kilns ensure more even colors and better quality products because the temperature is controllable; unlike that in the wood-fired kilns. Durable frostproof construction (up to 32 degrees F.).
