There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. I love them and the will last for years. A lot longer than any non stick.. Cathy. Wisconsin. Wed Oct 15 2025

The 14" Skillet with Helper Handle is an easy choice for browning and frying large batches of food because it's induction ready and boasts measurement markings for ease of use. The helper handle also makes it easy to transport a skillet loaded with delicious food.

I was looking for a pan to roast whole tomatoes primarily, and fry other foods in general. My wife already has 10 and 11 inch pans, but when cooking large amounts they can sometimes be a bit too small. Also, our old pans are showing their age, with the bases no longer entirely flat. So I wanted something over 12 inches. I also wanted genuine stainless steel for longevity and, based on our experience with other pots we have I wanted the Tri-Ply base. Full-clad Tri-Ply pans are available, but we have no experience with them and the cost is high. Wayfair was the only store in which I saw this big 14 inch pan and their free shipping to Miami was a plus since it would be freight forwarded down to the Caribbean and I have to pay import duties. The lack of a cover wasn't a problem because as you can see from the photos my wife has a good glass cover that fit perfectly. The skillet was double boxed as shown, and there was no damage to the pan. As shown in the photos it is big, but sits comfortably on the GE gas stove. My wife fried a pot of Caraili (bitter gourd) on medium heat on the GE power burner and it came out great. Yes, the handle does extend quite a bit, but our stove area was designed with extra space to allow sweeping and mopping without having to move the stove, so this isn't an issue. The handle itself is a bit narrow, and I think the pan would have been better off with two of the square handles instead of this long one. I've given it a 5-star rating up to this point. We haven't gotten around to roasting a pan full of whole tomatoes for ~30 minutes. That will be the real test, especially the cleanup part of the job, because that's where all our non-stick pans have faltered in the past.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

The stainless steel handles have been finished with a silicone grip for cooler handles while cooking when compared to traditional stainless steel handles. Dishwasher-safe for quick, easy cleanup, induction-suitable, and oven-safe to 400°F, this skillet set is ideal for making a wide range of delicious recipes. Safe from metal utensils, Viking Hybrid Plus Tri-Ply Nonstick Ceramic Fry Pans are made without PFAS for healthy, non-toxic cooking. These pans are a mix of a traditional stainless-steel fry pan and a nonstick fry pan, making them ideal for searing, sautéing, and browning while still delivering easy cleanup. Viking Hybrid Plus cookware is coated with an advanced double-layer ceramic nonstick coating that features superior release while being made without PFAS. The innovative design of the cooking surface features a raised diamond tread pattern that sits just above the nonstick coating. The raised stainless-steel pattern protects the nonstick coating from scratching, making this pan ideal for use with metal utensils. You never need to worry about what utensil you or anyone in your house uses – the scratch-resistant nonstick is protected. The 3-ply clad construction delivers professional quality heat transfer. Both made of stainless steel, the exterior steel layer is induction-capable while the interior steel layer is 304 non-reactive surgical grade stainless. Sandwiched between these layers is a layer of aluminum that helps to conduct the heat evenly through both the bottom and walls of the pan. Together, the three layers make this pan more efficient when cooking. The Viking 3-Ply Hybrid plus line is oven safe to 500°F. The fry pan is finished with rolled rims for drip-free pouring. The signature Viking ergonomic handles are riveted in place and fully cast stainless for a lifetime of use. Each handle is equipped with a heat break to help them stay-cool during use and a finger guide for easy lifting and control. For best results, use a little oil or butter when cooking eggs or other liquid based foods. Be sure to use lower heat and allow the food to cook into a solid form before turning it with a spatula and you will have better results. It is best to cook on low to medium heat for best the best release. Never use aerosol nonstick sprays with these pans as it will reduce the life of the nonstick. The Hybrid Plus pans are dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick performance of the cookware.

This is the best pan I've ever purchased. I love the way the food glides off the pan. Its non-stick ability is AMAZING. Great heat distribution for even cooking.. Arch. Sat Oct 10 2026

For those who like cooking with cast iron but love the versatility of a clad stainless steel pan, the Viking Blue Carbon Steel 12-Inch Wok is the perfect pan. Featuring a 12’’ size for added versatility, this wok is made of carbon steel, an alloy that is a combination of iron and carbon. The “Blue” in “Blue carbon steel” references a heat treatment process to help resist rust and corrosion, a nuisance that can plague traditional cast iron pans. Stay-cool cast iron handles securely attach to the pans with heavy duty rivets for confidence in construction and a lifetime of use. Though cast iron also excels as maintaining even heating, it can take time to rise to temperature and since iron itself is so brittle, more of the material must be used to make it durable, making traditional cast iron pans larger and heavier. With blue carbon steel, you’ll have a pan that is noticeably lighter without sacrificing performance. And like cast iron, blue carbon steel also heats quickly and evenly, reducing the risk of hot spots from occurring. Blue carbon steel is also prized for achieving high temperatures quickly without fear of damage occurring to the pan itself. Viking Blue Steel is oven safe to 450°F for restaurant quality finishing in the oven. Like cast iron, your blue carbon steel pan will need to be seasoned regularly to maintain its nonstick properties. “Seasoning” refers to the process of coating the base of the pan with a thin layer of oil that imparts a flavorful taste to your foods while also protecting foods from sticking. There are plenty of methods to seasoning your pan, but if this is your first time seasoning the pan, we recommend using very hot water and dish soap to first scrub the pan, then wipe dry and place it on the burner at low heat to finish drying. Add some oil to the pan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then, let the pan cool and wipe with paper towels and your pan is ready for use! For future maintenance, simply rinse the pan with water after use and scrub gently with a soft-bristled brush or sponge if necessary (No need for soap!). Season with vegetable oil periodically to maintain its smooth cooking surface and nonstick properties. It is not recommended to put these pans into the dishwasher as it will remove the seasoning, reduction the natural nonstick and making the pan more susceptible to rust. Should you find rust on the pan, like natural cast iron, this can be normal. Just clean the rust off with a scrubby sponge and season the area with vegetable oil. - Includes 10-inch & 12-inch Fry Pan Set - Pre-seasoned carbon steel construction for healthy, lightweight and long-lasting cookware - Features a matte finish and cut rims - Stainless Steel Handles - Safe up to 600°F/315°C - Compatible with all Cooking Surfaces; Electric, Gas, Grill, Induction, & Oven Friendly - Hand wash Only - Limited Lifetime Warranty - Blue carbon steel is lighter and more maneuverable than cast iron, making it easier for those who struggle with the weight of cast iron - The special alloy that makes up blue carbon steel is designed to resist rust and corrosion more effectively than cast iron, reducing the amount of time and energy spent on care and maintenance - Carbon steel cookware is touted by many as the perfect blend between clad cookware and cast iron, delivering the superior heat transfer of cast iron for searing and the even distribution of clad 3-ply cookware - Naturally nonstick due to the vegetable oil seasoning - As a thinner alloy, blue carbon steel heats more quickly than cast iron while still maintaining its even and consistent heat distribution - Blue carbon steel is able to withstand high temperatures without damaging the pan, making it perfect for finishing steaks with a quick sear or sautéing a quick stir fry This product contains: Iron, Chromium, Nickel, and Manganese For more information about chemicals in this product, visit www.vikingculinaryproducts.com/pages/disclosures.html Para obtener más información sobre los productos químicos de este producto, visite www.vikingculinaryproducts.com/pages/disclosures.html

Like cast iron, but better. the best-selling Carbon Steel Frying Pan, seasoned with a mixture of shea nut oil and coconut oil, we’ve taken care of the first two seasonings (the hardest ones) so you can experience the difference Carbon Steel makes on day one. the Carbon Steel combines the heat retention of cast iron with the control and maneuverability of Stainless Clad, resulting in a natural non stick alternative. We stamp Carbon Steel into a thin disc that’s half the weight of cast iron but every bit as durable—so it seasons faster, responds quicker, and is rugged enough for the grill or open flame. With sloping walls and a wide surface, this pan provides maximum heat contact for high-heat searing. See how this chef-loved pan will replace cast iron as the favorite kitchen heirloom.

I like the pan. It is a challenge to season it. The handle is very long.. Karen. Sun Jul 05 2026

Nonstick hard anodized skillet provides healthier, fat-free browning and frying options. This skillet is ideal for a single fried egg or fried chicken for the family.

Love this Pan! Attractive, nice weight and crisp bacon at med-low. Read the instructions on how to use it(preheat 2min.) And have cooked with no added oil. Made an omelette last night with out adding any oil or fat and it turned out great. Wish it had come with a lid is my only complaint. Its so hard to find well made products anymore and cookware quality has gone down hill BUT I will be replacing all my plans with Cuisinart cookware.. Anonymous. Aberdeen, WA. Sat Jul 04 2020

The Demeyere Belgian Steel Frying Pan is an excellent cooking utensil. The handle is long and stays cool so handling the pan is easy and safe.
