There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. I had looked at a similar product elsewhere and the reviews were terrible. I bought these under duress, we were part of the kettle recall, and I wanted to spend the gift card before i lost it. We use cast iron and i avoid non stick. I have not bought a zwilling product that hasnt been impressive. Highly recommend these! Easy to use and easy to clean. They dont get too hot and food doesnt slide all over the place. They are nice to look at and arent hard on my wrists. these pans are absolutely perfect. the quality seems to be very high, they are sturdy and the coating seems safe. they do come unassembled and you have to screw on the handles, but it comes with probably the best screwdriver i have ever had for it. i am very happy with these and can cook pancakes, grilled cheese, etc with no issues of burning or sticking, and cleaning them after is very easy.
