Bought these pans after doing some research. Even though the reviews were really good, I kept my expectations minimal. They actually far exceeded expectations with their quality. I got them to replace some Rachael Ray ones that I've had for a few years at our Airbnb. Pans get a lot of abuse! Hopefully these will stand up to people using forks and other metal in them. these pans are absolutely perfect. the quality seems to be very high, they are sturdy and the coating seems safe. they do come unassembled and you have to screw on the handles, but it comes with probably the best screwdriver i have ever had for it. i am very happy with these and can cook pancakes, grilled cheese, etc with no issues of burning or sticking, and cleaning them after is very easy. These frying pans are large and have some good depth to them as well. Makes cooking larger portions easy. I have now used them several times and so far nothing has stuck! There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. We have not used this three-piece nonstick frying pan set yet. My husband is the cook in the family and said that this will work great for the stove. I like the wood handles and the sturdiness of the pans. They are Teflon, but the coding is different than it used to be so they should not be scraping. It’s casting aluminum cookware.
