Safe from metal utensils, Viking Hybrid Plus Tri-Ply Nonstick Ceramic Fry Pans are made without PFAS for healthy, non-toxic cooking. These pans are a mix of a traditional stainless-steel fry pan and a nonstick fry pan, making them ideal for searing, sautéing, and browning while still delivering easy cleanup. Viking Hybrid Plus cookware is coated with an advanced double-layer ceramic nonstick coating that features superior release while being made without PFAS. The innovative design of the cooking surface features a raised diamond tread pattern that sits just above the nonstick coating. The raised stainless-steel pattern protects the nonstick coating from scratching, making this pan ideal for use with metal utensils. You never need to worry about what utensil you or anyone in your house uses – the scratch-resistant nonstick is protected. The 3-ply clad construction delivers professional quality heat transfer. Both made of stainless steel, the exterior steel layer is induction-capable while the interior steel layer is 304 non-reactive surgical grade stainless. Sandwiched between these layers is a layer of aluminum that helps to conduct the heat evenly through both the bottom and walls of the pan. Together, the three layers make this pan more efficient when cooking. The Viking 3-Ply Hybrid plus line is oven safe to 500°F. The fry pan is finished with rolled rims for drip-free pouring. The signature Viking ergonomic handles are riveted in place and fully cast stainless for a lifetime of use. Each handle is equipped with a heat break to help them stay-cool during use and a finger guide for easy lifting and control. For best results, use a little oil or butter when cooking eggs or other liquid based foods. Be sure to use lower heat and allow the food to cook into a solid form before turning it with a spatula and you will have better results. It is best to cook on low to medium heat for best the best release. Never use aerosol nonstick sprays with these pans as it will reduce the life of the nonstick. The Hybrid Plus pans are dishwasher safe, but we highly recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick performance of the cookware.

1. Correct Usage: Preheat the empty pan for a few minutes, then sprinkle a few drops of water on the bottom. If the water droplets bounce on the bottom, the pan is preheated. Pour in enough oil to cover the bottom, then add food to cook. Some sticking may occur the first time you use it; this is normal. With repeated use, the pan's performance will gradually improve, and you'll grow to love it more and more. 2. Material and Wear Resistance: This product is made of titanium alloy, offering excellent wear resistance and a longer lifespan, avoiding the risk of scratches during daily use. 3. Non-stick Performance: This product's non-stick performance is superior to traditional stainless steel pans, but it differs from the instant non-stick properties of newly coated cookware. Proper preheating and oiling are essential for achieving optimal non-stick results. 4. Super Durable and Scratch-Resistant: 30% lighter than stainless steel, yet more scratch-resistant. This titanium frying pan features a unique textured design that allows for easy food release without the need for easily worn synthetic coatings. 5. Multi-Purpose Kitchen Cookware: This titanium frying pan is suitable for all stovetops (gas/induction/ceramic) and can be used in ovens up to 260°C (500°F). The smooth, hammered finish of the titanium alloy adds a touch of sophistication to your kitchen.

There is no safer and better way to cook than a set of pans like these. You never have to worry about getting cancer with these. I have bought the most expensive, highly rated no stick pans and after a few years use, they ALL started to peal and scratch, even using the proper tools. These pans I treat like my cast iron pans of over 30 yrs. old. The first time I used them, I cleaned like my cast iron. It took about 8 uses but after that, the eggs slip right out. I never use soap on them, just a stainless steel scrubber with some salt and oil and than put a light coat of oil on them before I put away. If there is burnt on food, I put some water in them and let them sit while I eat and all I need to get the cooked on food off, is my stainless steel scrubber and they clean just as well as any non stick. I love them and the will last for years. A lot longer than any non stick.. Cathy. Wisconsin. Wed Oct 15 2025

The 14" Skillet with Helper Handle is an easy choice for browning and frying large batches of food because it's induction ready and boasts measurement markings for ease of use. The helper handle also makes it easy to transport a skillet loaded with delicious food.

I was looking for a pan to roast whole tomatoes primarily, and fry other foods in general. My wife already has 10 and 11 inch pans, but when cooking large amounts they can sometimes be a bit too small. Also, our old pans are showing their age, with the bases no longer entirely flat. So I wanted something over 12 inches. I also wanted genuine stainless steel for longevity and, based on our experience with other pots we have I wanted the Tri-Ply base. Full-clad Tri-Ply pans are available, but we have no experience with them and the cost is high. Wayfair was the only store in which I saw this big 14 inch pan and their free shipping to Miami was a plus since it would be freight forwarded down to the Caribbean and I have to pay import duties. The lack of a cover wasn't a problem because as you can see from the photos my wife has a good glass cover that fit perfectly. The skillet was double boxed as shown, and there was no damage to the pan. As shown in the photos it is big, but sits comfortably on the GE gas stove. My wife fried a pot of Caraili (bitter gourd) on medium heat on the GE power burner and it came out great. Yes, the handle does extend quite a bit, but our stove area was designed with extra space to allow sweeping and mopping without having to move the stove, so this isn't an issue. The handle itself is a bit narrow, and I think the pan would have been better off with two of the square handles instead of this long one. I've given it a 5-star rating up to this point. We haven't gotten around to roasting a pan full of whole tomatoes for ~30 minutes. That will be the real test, especially the cleanup part of the job, because that's where all our non-stick pans have faltered in the past.. Anonymous. Fri Jul 10 2026

It does the job well enough. But it’s a learning curve when used to non-stick pans as you have to let it heat up properly first. However, once you do this, it does a great job. I got tired of purchasing new frying pans every three years or so. I decided it was time to invest in a set of “forever” frying pans. After reading many, many reviews I decided to purchase the Zwilling 6 piece set. I am always somewhat skeptical when it comes to reviews and advertising. The quality of these pans exceeded my expectations as does the performance. As for durability, time will tell. Excellent product.. Mike From Duncannon Pa. Fri Oct 02 2026

1.Proper Usage: Follow these steps: Preheat the pan empty for a few minutes. Drip a small amount of water onto the preheated pan. If water droplets form, the desired cooking temperature has been reached. Once preheating is complete, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil (just enough to cover the bottom of the pan) and place your ingredients in the pan for cooking. 2.Physical non stick surface:The unique hammered titanium pattern ensures effortless food release without synthetic coatings, making the titanium skillet hammered pan perfect for healthier cooking with minimal oil. Note:Proper preheating and oiling are required to achieve optimal non-stick properties. 3.Material and Wear Resistance: This frying pan is made of titanium, which offers excellent wear resistance and a longer lifespan, eliminating the risk of scratches from daily use. 4.Even Heating for Energy Efficiency: With superior heat conductivity, the titanium skillet hammered frying pan heats 50% faster than conventional pans. Its specialized hammered design prevents hot spots and promotes uniform heat distribution，whether searing or simmering, this titanium cookware ensures energy-efficient performance. 5.Versatile Cooking Companion: Compatible with all cooktops (induction cookers, gas stoves, electric stoves) and oven-safe up to 500°F, making it ideal for searing, frying, baking, and more.

Nonstick hard anodized skillet provides healthier, fat-free browning and frying options. This skillet is ideal for a single fried egg or fried chicken for the family.

Love this Pan! Attractive, nice weight and crisp bacon at med-low. Read the instructions on how to use it(preheat 2min.) And have cooked with no added oil. Made an omelette last night with out adding any oil or fat and it turned out great. Wish it had come with a lid is my only complaint. Its so hard to find well made products anymore and cookware quality has gone down hill BUT I will be replacing all my plans with Cuisinart cookware.. Anonymous. Aberdeen, WA. Sat Jul 04 2020
