This is beautiful and will be an amazing heirloom piece. I have 3 skillets from finex. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The pans are solid and heavy and truly are beautiful. Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. For those who like cooking with cast iron but love the versatility of a clad stainless steel pan, the Viking Blue Carbon Steel 10-Inch Fry Pan is the perfect pan.
