Whole fish is easy to cook and hard to serve intact. The Alva Energy 13.4-Inch Oval Ceramic Nonstick Fish Pan is shaped for the problem — long and oval so a whole sea bass or two large fillets lie flat, and shallow so a spatula can get right underneath without folding the fish in half. The multi-layer ceramic surface releases delicate skin cleanly with very little oil, and pour spouts on both sides let you tip off cooking liquid or pour a butter sauce without a mess down the outside. A recycled aluminium core heats fast and evenly, so the tail does not overcook while the middle is still raw. Works on gas, electric, ceramic, glass and induction. The handle is not oven safe, so keep this pan on the cooktop. Hand wash recommended, with a little oil and low to medium heat. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

This is a great pan. It heats evenly and is completely non stick for easy clean up. I thought it was an odd shape but it's perfect for eggs, bacon and everything else you would make in a circular frying pan. My only problem is the handle. I couldn't figure out how to attach it properly so it's wobbly when I move it, like it feels like it's going to fall off. I don't have any reason to move the pan when I'm cooking so it's not really an issue but I thought I should mention it.. Elle. Portland, OR. Thu May 11 2023

The riveted, cool-touch handles provide a comfortable and secure grip and vented glass lids allow you to easily monitor food while cooking. Oven safe and dishwasher safe, T-fal Essentials nonstick cookware offers a versatile assortment of pots and pans—perfect for anything from browning and frying to searing, sautéing, steaming, slow cooking and more.
