I love this frying pan! I just received it today. I made steak and eggs using this pan today. What a breeze. My eggs did not stick at all. Made perfect over easy eggs. I like using my induction cooking unit, because it heats instantly and stays cool so there is no chance of getting burned on it. I am so pleased this pan works great in cooking evenly on my induction cooktop. Not all the pans a purchased for use on my induction cooktop heat evenly as well as this pan.
