I’m not a cook, but I’ve been needing some skillet pans and these are so adorable. I can’t wait to cook with them! ‍. Anonymous. Fri Jun 26 2026

Whole fish is easy to cook and hard to serve intact. The Alva Energy 13.4-Inch Oval Ceramic Nonstick Fish Pan is shaped for the problem — long and oval so a whole sea bass or two large fillets lie flat, and shallow so a spatula can get right underneath without folding the fish in half. The multi-layer ceramic surface releases delicate skin cleanly with very little oil, and pour spouts on both sides let you tip off cooking liquid or pour a butter sauce without a mess down the outside. A recycled aluminium core heats fast and evenly, so the tail does not overcook while the middle is still raw. Works on gas, electric, ceramic, glass and induction. The handle is not oven safe, so keep this pan on the cooktop. Hand wash recommended, with a little oil and low to medium heat. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

This is a great pan. It heats evenly and is completely non stick for easy clean up. I thought it was an odd shape but it's perfect for eggs, bacon and everything else you would make in a circular frying pan. My only problem is the handle. I couldn't figure out how to attach it properly so it's wobbly when I move it, like it feels like it's going to fall off. I don't have any reason to move the pan when I'm cooking so it's not really an issue but I thought I should mention it.. Elle. Portland, OR. Wed May 10 2023

The ideal choice for browning and frying. They have a titanium-reinforced Quantanium nonstick interior for healthier, low-fat cooking options.

Even with tempering, food sticks if not using water when preparing.. Elaine. Roanoke, VA. Tue Sep 15 2026
