With the right tool, anyone can sharpen their knives themselves. For this purpose, Zwilling has various sharpening sheets of steel that will bring your knife gently and reliably back to its former glory. The Zwilling sharpening steel with an oval plastic handle will bring your knife back to its former sharpness. With its blade made of highly carbonized and hard chrome-plated steel, this 31 cm sharpening steel is recommended for sharpening all your knives. The oval black plastic handle with a hanging hole is comfortable to hold and won’t slip. This contributes to the ease of use of the sharpening steel.
