This set is simple but really effective. The instructions include pictures, which makes it easy to understand how to use it. I recommend sharpening on a cutting board or another flat, easy-to-clean surface because a little dust is created as you sharpen the metal. The kit includes different angle guides, and they worked great for both my paring knife and chef’s knife.
