Knife Sharpeners (Fast Delivery)

It is not only professional chefs who rely on sharp knives. Through frequent use, however, even the most expensive chef’s knives, vegetable or meat knives lose sharpness and need re-sharpening. With the right tool, anyone can sharpen their knives themselves. For this purpose, Zwilling has various sharpening sheets of steel that will bring your knife gently and reliably back to its former glory. The Zwilling sharpening steel with an oval plastic handle will bring your knife back to its former sharpness. With its blade made of highly carbonized and hard chrome-plated steel, this 31 cm sharpening steel is recommended for sharpening all your knives. The oval black plastic handle with a hanging hole is comfortable to hold and won’t slip. This contributes to the ease of use of the sharpening steel. With a hardness of approximately 62 HRC, these sharpening steels are relatively insensitive to damage. After you have sharpened the blades on the Zwilling sharpening steel your knives are ready for any cutting jobs: This product helps you to hone your knives and is a useful tool that will complete your kitchen equipment.

Three-stage system provides professional results at home by sharpening kitchen and sports knives quickly and easily. Adjustable blade selector provides optimum sharpening angles. The blade selector adjusts the guides to the perfect angle needed for precision sharpening. Select thick for hunting knives, medium for chef's knives and standard kitchen knives, and thin for light blades like fillet or paring knives. Simply draw the knife through each slot a few times to achieve a razor-sharp edge. Stage 1 begins the sharpening process with a Sapphirite coarse-grinding wheel to create the proper angle. Stage 2 continues sharpening with a Sapphirite medium-grinding wheel giving the blade a precise edge. Stage 3 completes the process with an extra fine-grit ceramic wheel polishing the blade to an exact, razor-sharp edge.
