Great product, poor shipping prep. Love the Braiser - the peche is gorgeous and the price for the 5qt is unbeatable. Le Creuset makes incredibly wonderful products. Only issue is how Wayfair ships the item - they leave it in the Le Creuset box with no additional padding. My pot arrived with several scratches on it and the box was incredibly beaten up. Unsure if I want to deal with an exchange process for this. First LC item Ive had from Wayfair with bad shipping.. Anonymous. Sun Jan 04 2026

Another review mentioned this isn't white, actually more like a soft gray and they are absolutely right. Q: How to use a non-stick pan? A: Preheat the pan over medium-low heat for a few minutes before cooking, then pour in a small amount of oil to coat the bottom. This prevents food from sticking and allows the pan to perform at its best. Also, avoid using high heat unless frying or grilling. Q: How to prevent the enamel coating from peeling off? A: Avoid using the pan over high heat for extended periods; allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with warm water to prevent the enamel from peeling off due to drastic temperature changes; handle with care to avoid impacts. Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.

Exactly as described! The pans are quite nice and feel like quality cast iron cookware. I am interested to see how they hold up over time with sourdough baking and soup making. For this price point though and at this time I would recommend.. Ilyssa. Orlando, FL. Fri Sep 25 2026

The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

Very well made! Large capacity! Enamel holds up well. * UPDATE!! Three years later I’m replacing with a different brand because of chips and no enamel left on the bottom.. Trm. US. Mon Aug 17 2026

Inspired by a timeless fairy tale design and the brilliant colors of autumn, the Signature Pumpkin Braiser is a delightful seasonal addition to your kitchen and table. With its shallow, ribbed design and hand sculpted stainless steel figural knob, the wide base allows ingredients to be placed in a single layer for searing without crowding; once liquid is added, the domed lid circulates steam to lock in moisture and flavor. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, it provides exceptional heat distribution and retention qualities for even heating without hot spots, and locks in moisture and flavor to produce superior results from stove to oven to table. Designed for generations of durability, the easy-to-clean vibrant porcelain enamel requires no seasoning, minimizes sticking and is dishwasher-safe.

Another stunner. This braiser is small but mighty and so gorgeous especially paired with the matching Dutch oven. If you’re on the fence about this, just buy it. You won’t regret it.. Nicole. Pittsburgh, PA. Sat Sep 26 2026
