The Alva Nori 3-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Tagine does something an ordinary pot cannot: its tall conical lid catches the steam rising off the food, condenses it, and drips it back down, basting continuously for the whole cook. That is why a tough cut goes silky in a tagine and merely dry in a saucepan, and why the spices taste deeper. Heavy cast iron underneath holds a low, steady heat for hours without hot spots, and the durable enamel needs no seasoning and wipes clean. The bronze knob and glazed base take it from the stovetop straight to the table. Compatible with every cooktop including induction and oven safe to 500°F. There is no synthetic nonstick coating, and it is made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Bring rustic appeal and natural flavor to your campsite or backyard with this dutch oven with basket. Outdoor enthusiasts prefer Bayou Dutch ovens with a flanged camp lid supporting coals to hold a steady temperature. This heavy-weight, a seasoned dutch oven is perfect to simmer, stew, brown, braise, roast, bake; and is deep enough for frying. Use over a campfire or outdoor cooker to prepare one-pot meals of stew, chili, or beans & rice. Use the aluminum basket to fry fish, chicken, shrimp, hush puppies, and onion rings. Bake cornbread, biscuits, and cobbler. Whatever the occasion, it adds a warm cozy feel to your outdoor experience. The bottom of the dutch oven is etched with an alligator for a unique bayou detail. Complement with Bayou outdoor cookers, tripod stand, and lid lifter.

The pot that does the most for the longest. The Alva Nori 5-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven sits at the size most kitchens actually need — big enough for a Sunday roast, a full stew or a loaf of no-knead bread, small enough to lift with one hand and store without resentment. Heavy cast iron holds a low, even heat for hours, which is what turns a cheap cut into something tender, and the tight lid keeps the moisture in. The triple-layer enamel is chip-resistant, needs no seasoning, and goes from the stovetop to the oven to the middle of the table. Compatible with every cooktop including induction and oven safe to 500°F. No synthetic nonstick coating, and made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

My husband absolutely loves cooking with cast iron and this was our largest pot we have ever purchased and it doesn’t disappoint. Round pots fight long cuts. The Alva Nori 6-Quart Enameled Cast Iron Oval Dutch Oven is shaped for the things that do not fit — a whole chicken, a rack of ribs, a long roast, a brisket — so they sit flat in the liquid instead of propped up against the sides. Six quarts feeds a family with leftovers. Heavy cast iron holds a slow, even heat that breaks down tough cuts over hours without scorching, and the triple-layer enamel is chip-resistant, needs no seasoning and releases cleanly. It goes from the stovetop to the oven to the table without changing dishes. Compatible with every cooktop including induction and oven safe to 500°F. No synthetic nonstick coating, and made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, built in the Belgian tradition since 1949.

Great size and the enameling is well done. I roasted a chicken with vegetables for a first use with great results. I do wish the lid was domed or raised a bit though. My only complaint is the lid could fit a bit better. The lid should flush fit, but doesn't. Other than the lid, it is well made.. Stefanie. USA. Fri Jan 17 2025

How to care your cast iron pot? 1.After cooking, wash with a brush and hot water. Do not put cold water into the hot cookware or let it air dry. 2.Make sure to dry it completely after cleaning. 3.While the pot is still warm, lightly oil the inside of the camp dutch oven and put it in a dry place. The dutch ovens have been pre-seasoned with vegetable oil before transportation. However, after long-distance transportation, the pre-seasoning may be different from the beginning. Therefore, it is recommended to simply pre-season it yourself after taking it home.

Great item for the price. Inside is rough but shouldn’t impact cooking. Neil. Campton, NH. Fri Sep 04 2026

Q: How to use a non-stick pan? A: Preheat the pan over medium-low heat for a few minutes before cooking, then pour in a small amount of oil to coat the bottom. This prevents food from sticking and allows the pan to perform at its best. Also, avoid using high heat unless frying or grilling. Q: How to prevent the enamel coating from peeling off? A: Avoid using the pan over high heat for extended periods; allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with warm water to prevent the enamel from peeling off due to drastic temperature changes; handle with care to avoid impacts. Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.

Exactly as described! The pans are quite nice and feel like quality cast iron cookware. I am interested to see how they hold up over time with sourdough baking and soup making. For this price point though and at this time I would recommend.. Ilyssa. Orlando, FL. Fri Sep 25 2026

The Prestige multi-ply line has a solid foundation built from five layers comprised of a 18/0 magnetic stainless steel base layer, pure and alloy aluminum, finished with an 18/10 stainless steel layer with a diamond nonstick coating, making this the most prestigious line in stainless steel cookware. The patented nonstick coating provides brilliant cooking performance and enhanced food-release properties. The bonded layers allow the heat to be evenly distributed and retained around the pan, removing the possibility of hot spots. In saucepans, casseroles and stock pots, the layers also allow for a constant and even temperature in the walls, thus reducing energy loss and reducing cooking times. This cookware is induction compatible and can be used on all cooktops and easily be transferable to the oven, with lids, up to 500°F (260°C). Most pieces include a heat-tempered, sturdy glass lid. All of the handles are ergonomically designed to stay cool on the stovetop. The saute pans, woks and saucepans have a helper handle for additional ease.

Fine quality, easy cleanup, welded (not riveted) handles. I am disappointed though that it does not behave on an induction heater in the same manner as the uncoated version I also have.. James. Barnegat, NJ. Thu Aug 01 2019

A fun adorable pot. I wanted a true Dutch but can't handle the weight. Listing says 5.5lbs but I think bottom alone is less than three pounds. Excellent for weaker arms and hands. Comes beautifully boxed. No visible rivet secures the handles. No crannies for food nor germs to accumulate on the satin smooth interior of the pot. YaaYeee One large screw does attach lid knob. Both are super tight and comfy to the hand. There's also a slight poor spout. The 2 things I don't like are the hole in the lid and the not tight fitting lid. True Dutch lids have no hole. With steam out goes flavor and vitamins. If it were only $40 literally I would excuse the lid but it sells in some stores for more than 100 more than that. At that price lid should hv no wiggle. I give a plus to the fact that at that spout curve the lid does seal the space that spouts create blocking further steam escape. Top notch there. Do Enjoy the Wayfair price while it lasts though. Its appropriate. See my video. https://app.box.com/s/xxdbpfrkxvyxwimf5kuzchzhaztq5gwp. Charlia. New York, NY. Sun Sep 27 2026
