The labeling of this product is extremely misleading. The “2 cups” and “4 cups” in the title both refer to the cup that comes with the rice cooker. The instruction manual says that “cup” is equivalent to 34 of a standard cup, but when using other measuring cups to pour into it, it’s actually only 23 of a standard cup. I have used this twice a week for about 7 months now. The Rissoto function works very well for Risotto and any sauté then cook recipe. I already have an Instant Pot multi cooker and did not need a more sophisticated rice cooker. This one provides great value for performance.
