The shed is a good, compact size and was purchased specifically to comply with the HOA’s strict height limitations. It just makes the maximum height allowed. This is a BIG storage box, bigger than I imagined but just what we needed. It stows away all our patio cushions and pool toys, protecting them from the sun and rain. This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. Getting the sides to slide into the slots properly required a rubber mallet. Finished product holds my self-propelled snow blower and my Snow Joe battery operated snow blower with extra room.. Terry. Works well for mostly used items. I wish I had of gotten the dark grey instead of stone color. I definitely need a bigger one for holding totes.
