Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support.
