It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. Very nice, I love them but they are too small for my husband at 6’0” of height. He is not a small man but not extremely tall either. We ended up moving these to another room and buying larger for my husband to relax in.
