My only complaint is that the 3 boxes the chair comes in were shipped separately and the third piece (which happened to have been the base) came 4 days after the other 2 boxes so the free 3 day shipping wasn’t true and we were unable to assemble until that third box arrived. I’ve reviewed a lot of furniture through Tried True, and this power recliner honestly surprised me. The design is very clean and modern with straight lines that don’t scream “recliner,” which was a huge plus for me. It looks much more like an oversized accent chair than a traditional reclining chair, so it blends in well with the rest of my living room. The upholstery feels soft and has a nice neutral color that should work with a variety of decorating styles. The chair is generously sized with wide arms and a deep seat, making it comfortable for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. The power controls are built into the armrest, are easy to reach, and even include a USB charging port, which is a feature I appreciate. Assembly was minimal since it arrived in just a couple of pieces that locked together quickly. The reclining mechanism operated smoothly during my testing and wasn’t overly loud. The back and footrest moved at a comfortable speed, and I liked being able to stop it at different positions instead of being limited to fully upright or fully reclined. If I had one criticism, it’s that the seat is definitely on the firmer side. It isn’t uncomfortable, but if you prefer a plush, sink-in feel, this may not be the chair for you. I’m interested to see how it softens with more use over time. Overall, this is a stylish, well-built power recliner that offers modern features without looking bulky or outdated. This rocker recliner is so comfortable. The seat has an extra cushion so very soft and comfortable. The rocker mechanism is very smooth and natural feeling. The fabric is so soft. The recliner function is easy and smooth and pops up quickly. Assembly was super easy. Comes with a lumbar pillow and a cup holder. This is seriously the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in. The color is beautiful, a rich caramel brown, the leather is so soft and smooth! I seldom enjoy a headrest because it never seems to be in the right place, but this one moves to fit exactly where I want it. The foot rest leans down a little in the front, exactly to fit a natural reclining position. This chair would suit any height person because most of it is completely adjustable.
