Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. The chairs arrived separately so we canceled the professional installation which costed $160 additional dollars on to put both chairs together in less than 30 minutes.. Crystal. Rockford, IL.
