This dining set is a lot smaller than I expected based on the photos, but it still works well for my family of four. After reading other reviews about the bench not being very sturdy, I decided not to use it and replaced it with a chair instead. I also added another chair on the opposite end of the table, which gives us plenty of seating and works better for our family. The wood seats can get a little uncomfortable after sitting for a while, so I do plan on adding seat cushions to the chairs.
