The delivery guys were careful putting it together so I don’t believe it was their fault, must have been how it was stored while being delivered. I can most likely cover it up with a wood marker. The wood isn’t as attractive as the photos portray - it’s not walnut looking, but more like a non-grained wood. They’re comfortable enough. We’re keeping them because I like the overall style..
