This table is darling! We needed something for a small dining area, and this fits perfectly, even opened on both sides. Allow some time to put together. Table was easy to put together. Did take a few hours and two people. We made it a Sunday afternoon task. Fold down leaves are perfect and work well. Most of the time we don’t need them up so leaving them down allows for extra room in the dining area. Quality is good but the chairs do rock a little. Have gotten better from sitting in the chairs.
