First and foremost, this item was 1/2 the price of comparable items in retail furniture stores. Wayfair made the buying process easy. This item has exactly the features and benefits we wanted, we just worried about the quality of the build and the leather. The leather is great, but the item had a couple of defects in the sound and light system. Wayfair responded promptly to put us in touch with the manufacturer, we are waiting on their fix, which we expect today. The delivery was messed up once, but Wayfair made it right for the second delivery attempt, refunded a little money to us, and the installers and delivery guys were terrific.. Stephen. US.
