I wish it was higher and thicker to provide more backshoulder support. Also, bc of the black cover on the back, it is not an option to “float” this sofa. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality, fabric feels softer and natural, which was important to me since we have an 18 month old baby. Quality is much higher relative to price point. I was able to assemble it myself , while baby was "helping" me, instructions were pretty straightforward and it took me about an hour, no breaking sweat. It was so easy for him lol Make sure you prepare the slip covers before you take the plastic off the pillows, because they deflate very rapidly. That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids. If you want a beautiful, strong sofa, you can’t go wrong by purchasing this one. The only regret I have is that I purchased the cream and not the white. Just buy it! I cannot say enough positive things about this convertible sofa!
