Very simple to put together. Getting the covers on the cushions was a little tricky but after doing two I figured it out quickly.To get rid of the wrinkles others have mentioned,as you are zipping the covers reach inside and adjust the cushion.Try to make sure all corners are filled. Also I bought some strips of velcro to make sure the cushions stay in place. Oh make sure you have a person help with getting the back put in. It makes it a little easier. Love the sofa. Have owned now for 2 months. Initially I was concerned that material was stretching. It does appear stretch after sitting on sofa but material returns to normal after a few minutes. I’m torn about this product… the good qualities are great, but the bad qualities are super lame. Assembly was easy enough for one person. The vacuum sealed packaging method was effective and impressive - the cushions easily tripled in size after opening. The couch cushions are comfy but very bouncy which is weird.
