Overall happy with this purchase, assembly was relatively easy but did need another person at one point to help me align the two halves. The cushion is quite firm which I don’t mind as it’s a sitting room couch rather than our main living room. The wood has a bit more red tone than I was expecting as it was described as walnut, but still blends well with other wood tones in the room. I ordered the beige and it is closer to white which is okay with me but just a heads up. Lastly, it only came with one pillow instead of two, I scoured the boxes and could not locate a second.. Sara. This is and amazing recliner.! The leather is very soft and feels high quality, and the reclining feature works great. It reclines very low, making it incredibly comfortable and perfect for relaxing. It also arrived fully assembled, which was a huge plus. The only issue is that I ordered dark gray but received brown instead. However, the brown is actually a beautiful color and works well in my space, so I decided to keep it rather than go through an exchange. Just be aware that this chair is very, very heavy, so moving it can be a challenge. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, high-quality recliner and I’m very happy with it!. Alma. Rochester Hills, MI.
