This sofa is gorgeous! It’s so hard to find a nice sofa in a light gray, plus I couldn’t beat the price! It’s still in the box because we are moving in 2 months, but I peeked and love it! what I see.. Colleen. Thu Jun 25 2026

It is beautiful and very comfortable. Also, easy to operate. The wall hugger was a game changer. The room is bigger with this kind of recliner. We are very pleased. Also ordered two matching recliners that are on backorder. But Wayfair handled this issue very well with me and I would definitely give 5 stars to the customer service. If everything matches when chairs arrive, I couldn't be happier. Have to wait on that review until I see. Wayfair assures me that they will match.. Shryl. Big Sandy, TX. Fri Jul 31 2026

The couch is definitely not as nice as the photo, but its good for the price. You can't be too picky when it's not 2 grand. I got it for the sol purpose of having a bed for guests who come to visit. Which that part works really well. It's very easy to pull out and I love the fact that the back goes down for even more space! The color is good and it fits perfectly in the smaller space we have.. I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! Very pleased with this purchase!. Erik. Ghent, WV. Sun May 03 2026

The couch is very comfortable! It looks and feels great, and supports the body well. Update to review This sofa is not the sink-into kind, but has wonderful support and the reclining feature is so comfy! It reclines flat and mechanism works smoothly. The upholstery will be a breeze to clean. I did put it together by myself not as time consuming as I had guessed. It should be noted that the seat cushions come vacuum-packed and need to “puff up” for 2-3 days. They look great now. Also, the cushions attach with a heavy duty zipper— it is difficult to get started and there was one that simply would not zipper. I changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars after using it! Original review This sofa is going to be incredibly time consuming to put together. The upholstery seems pretty thick and hopefully durable. I just can’t believe the number of pieces involved. I will post another picture when it is fully assembled. The power recliner sounds like a nice feature as does the charging port. I am sure it will take two of us several hours to put together.. Lori. Not as happy with this piece as I had hoped, but making it work. Assembly was very easy and quick. Reclining and zero gravity features are fantastic. It’s not the most attractive piece by itself and the cushion are far too firm, the piece was not comfortable on its own. Add some down pillows and a plush blanket and that made it comfortable and attractive. It’ll be a keeper for now.. Natasha. Mission, TX. Sun Sep 27 2026

Color is a little lighter than I hoped, but it is nice. Delivery and set up was great. The delivery guys were awesome!! It is definitely for smaller people. I don’t like the power buttons . They are too far back and it’s awkward to use. Also you have to use one button for up and down. You use the front of the very small button for up and the back for down. Also the same for the headrest. I will get use to them. Also you definitely need a pillow behind your head, it not to comfortable. Maybe in time when it’s broke in , it will be better. .. Rhonda. US. This is and amazing recliner.! The leather is very soft and feels high quality, and the reclining feature works great. It reclines very low, making it incredibly comfortable and perfect for relaxing. It also arrived fully assembled, which was a huge plus. The only issue is that I ordered dark gray but received brown instead. However, the brown is actually a beautiful color and works well in my space, so I decided to keep it rather than go through an exchange. Just be aware that this chair is very, very heavy, so moving it can be a challenge. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, high-quality recliner and I’m very happy with it!. Alma. Rochester Hills, MI. So supportive! I love this sofa and I’ve only had it for one hour. My back hurts less sitting on it. I like that there’s a way to adjust the headrest and the feet rest separately. I use a battery pack to operate it from Vevor and it’s working great. I had 57 steps they delivered it up which was very difficult but Wayfair made sure it got done! Delivery was convenient and easy to schedule. Re-delivery was difficult to manage online. Color is perfect. It’s a muted tan beige and the fabric is soft with a very light pill texture. I have pets but did not buy the performance fabric because of the color offering. I don’t do gray. I plan to keep my waterproof blankets from Members Mark on them to protect it from pets. The photo had a shadow but I hope it helps. This will definitely sit 2 plus size women with one teenager in between. If you are slim you could fit 4 slim teens. The best part is how supportive it is. I have a really bad back and achy legs and it seems like it will help alleviate that. I haven’t felt a couch this supportive before. A must try! Love the bubble style this is built in. That was the main reason for the purchase. Got during the Wayday sale for $1999, right in budget. Thanks Wayfair for another amazing experience! This is the third sofa I’ve purchased from Wayfair and I plan to keep doing so.. Selena. Bristol, WV. Tue May 12 2026

This couch has a lot to recommend it. The storage and overall functionality is fantastic. For the price I thought it looked better than expected. Beware that back and side pillows are comfortable enough but the couch is quite hard. If you have back issue the hardness will effect you if lounging for more than an hour. It would be great in a space that you need the looksstorage but won’t be sat on for long periods.. Robin. Columbus, IN. Sat Aug 22 2026

The Ebern Designs reclining sofa is comfortable to sit on, the seat backs are high and nicely padded to cradle your head. The material is soft and will be warm in the winter. The color is a little darker than the website shows. It took two people a little more than an hour to put it together. The feet of two of the seats of this couch recline but I found them hard to deploy and it took a good amount of force to close the footrest. The couch is a little light and moves easily when pushed..
