Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Ordered this back in May and it has been great for the past 6 months. No tears, rips or flattening of the cushions. It came in three or four boxes, but essentially comes apart in the middle for moving around and assembly. This fits our apartment well and we love the adjustable ottoman, which creates extra L-shaped seating when needed. The couch is long enough for a 6’3” person to sleep on which was super comfy. Pull out the bed frame under the seat. There are two length options. When it is not fully pulled out, it becomes a chaise sofa, and when it is fully pulled out, this sofa can quickly turn into a king size bed for resting.

Overall I am satisfied with the product. My concern is the velcro to secure the back cushions. I wish they had manufacturered that with something better. I’m giving this couch two stars because it came in 1 million pieces and was extremely difficult to put together. One seat was really hard and time-consuming to put together. The instructions were not clear and the material is really thin. It seems that it’s lacking quality and stability. It also advertises that it is deep seating, which is inaccurate.
