Love the sofa. Have owned now for 2 months. Initially I was concerned that material was stretching. It does appear stretch after sitting on sofa but material returns to normal after a few minutes. Sofa has down feathers in it that seems to help with material returning to proper shape. The cushions themselves are comfortable. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. A really good couch. The individual sections lock into one another - unlike many shipped sofas these days. Assembly is easy and couch went together in under an hour. You basically attach the arms and back pieces via sliding pieces into one another. It's on the firmer side. Like that it's not super deep though. Height is very low, legs have it almost on the ground - so there's no storage underneath. One downside is t he material does look more like a corduroy - which wasn't clear in photos or description. Ok…. The directions are 27 pages long. I almost hired someone to put it together until I unboxed it, and it wasn’t that bad. Now…. Though, it took me almost 3 hours, and the directions say 30 minutes ( but that’s with2 people and I’m sure it could get done faster.
