There is a certain cinema to coming home to the Valencia Timeless sofa: low light, the leather cool for a moment before it warms to you, the day finally exhaling. Furniture like this doesn't just furnish a room, it changes how you feel in it. What makes this leather special? The leather here is 100% top grain on all sides, real hide from edge to edge, with none of the splits or bonded material found in lower-grade upholstery. Its semi-aniline finish is what gives it that soft-to-the-touch feel, protected by a light wax coating that only grows richer with age. Sourcing only the finest leather cuts keeps the surface looking and feeling consistently premium. How is this piece constructed? Construction starts with skilled artisans in Mexico, who build this sofa entirely by hand, and only after your order comes in, keeping the process genuinely made-to-order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. A solid, hand-crafted wood frame anchors everything, reinforced by expert joinery and a webbing support system built for the long haul. What makes the cushions comfortable and supportive? This sofa's comfort comes from a two-part system: foam-and-feather back cushions for plush softness, and pocket-coil, foam, and feather seat cushions for support that actually lasts. A sinuous coil system beneath the seat adds resilience, so the comfort you feel on day one is still there years later. How should I care for it, and how will it age? Keep this sofa looking its best with light, regular dusting and an occasional dry-cloth wipe down, nothing more intensive is usually needed. Over the years, the leather will develop a natural patina that deepens its character rather than diminishing it. This is furniture designed for the long haul, both in how it's built and in how the leather ages.

Personalization is paramount, as every item is made to order, allowing discerning clients to select from an extensive palette of top-grain leather colors. This bespoke approach ensures that each meticulously fashioned sofa is not only a testament to superior craftsmanship but also a truly unique creation, perfectly tailored to specific tastes and destined to become a classic.

beautiful quality piece of furniture commanding quality. Marnie. Val Caron, ON. Mon Jun 28 2021

Sourced from the finest hides, the luxurious leather upholstery of this stunning piece has a dramatic vintage patina that will age gracefully. Each piece undergoes a meticulous coloring and finishing process by our team of leather artisans, to highlight the natural shading and characteristics of these buttery-soft hides. With close attention to every detail, the whipstitch accents highlight this seat's sleek contemporary design. The inner construction delivers everything you'd expect from a high-end piece that's built to last: a kiln-dried frame, higher-than-average foam density, and a tempered steel coil unit all deliver comfort, durability, and consistency.

Kevin. Bakersfield, CA. Sat Mar 30 2024

it looks and feels nice and solid, the leather is nice! the legs are actually on small caster wheels which is a nice touch, although its a little odd that it has 5 legs, 3 in the front and only 2 in the back, lol, no big deal though as it feels very sturdy. The delivery team was a little rough with it while taking it off the truck, but otherwise they did a really good job fitting it through my extremely narrow doorway (28.5 inches). and it arrived in good condition. This sofa is very comfortable, but something to note, the arms are really thick in a good way, but as a result this 89 inch couch is not long enough for a 6 foot tall man to lay down across, just slightly short on that. Its a really nice size for a city apartment living room and I'm happy with it, its expensive but I think its worth the money.. Jamal. Cambridge, MA. Thu Jun 10 2021

The loveseat is just the right size, comfortable, and very well-made. However, it took months to arrive, and the color (distressed whiskey) is considerably darker than the color shown on the product page. i’ve attached a picture, but even that is a little lighter than the actual color. It’s a medium brown. I can live with that in my current situation, but if I had wanted to match colors with existing furniture, I would’ve been very upset.. Allen. Berkeley, CA. Sat Jan 13 2024
