I am absolutely obsessed with this couch! Very comfortable very high-quality and all of the features are amazing! I would say the only one thing I don’t like about. It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! I’ve had this couch for a few weeks now and honestly, I really like it. It’s super comfortable and the leather feels really soft—like smooth and almost buttery, which I wasn’t expecting. It definitely looks and feels more expensive than it is. One thing I love is how the reclining works. When you recline the seat back, it doesn't take up more space behind the couch. That was a big plus for me. My only complaint is where they put the buttons to recline. They’re tucked between the seats, and there’s a small gap there to reach them. It works, but I’ve already noticed it’s really easy for things (like your phone or crumbs) to slip into that gap, which is kind of annoying. Overall though, I’m happy with it. I contacted customer service, and the assistance was excellent. I am currently waiting for them to resolve this issue. Aside from this small issue, the loveseat is comfortable, well-made, and looks great. I would definitely give it five stars if it weren’t for this issue, but I still recommend it.. Martha. MA.
