I’ve had this couch for a few weeks now and honestly, I really like it. It’s super comfortable and the leather feels really soft—like smooth and almost buttery, which I wasn’t expecting. It definitely looks and feels more expensive than it is. One thing I love is how the reclining works. When you recline the seat back, it doesn't take up more space behind the couch. That was a big plus for me. My only complaint is where they put the buttons to recline. They’re tucked between the seats, and there’s a small gap there to reach them. It works, but I’ve already noticed it’s really easy for things (like your phone or crumbs) to slip into that gap, which is kind of annoying. Overall though, I’m happy with it. Beautiful couch. Unfortunately, it appears to be defective or perhaps damaged by the delivery guys because I can’t get it to fold out despite trying every possible angle using all of my strength. There’s also a 4” gap behind the backrest where you can see down into the couch, leaving the frame and mattress visible. I must’ve gotten a lemon.
