Overall, I’m very pleased with this loveseat. The material is excellent quality, the installation was very easy, and the overall craftsmanship and finishes are beautiful. The only issue I encountered was with one of the headrests. Although it had power, it did not function properly because it was missing screws in the connection, which appears to be a minor factory defect. Once addressed, it works as expected. I contacted customer service, and the assistance was excellent. I am currently waiting for them to resolve this issue. Aside from this small issue, the loveseat is comfortable, well-made, and looks great. I would definitely give it five stars if it weren’t for this issue, but I still recommend it.. Martha. MA. Wow I am really pleased with this sofa. It is beautiful. I hope the seats soften up just a touch as they're very firm at the moment but for a Leather sofa, at the price that I got it for I am not complaining. It was a steal. I am so glad I went with real Leather and not a vinyl or faux Leather sofa. I have bought two vinyl or faux Leather sofas and they are a waste of money.
