It is the fact that it is electric and it has to be plugged in in the house that we are currently in, we have to float our couch rather than putting it up against the wall, so we have to tuck it underneath the cord which of course leaves a hump, which is a nuisance, but hopefully at our next house that we will be moving too soon we will be able to put it up against the wall! I had expected the delivery to be two guys who could carry the product up to my apartment. Turned out it was a FedEx driver who could/would not do it. My apartment door is right at street level and I could not leave the boxes unattended. Some staff from the restaurant across the street were nice enough to bring the boxes up to my apartment.
