LOVE THESE PILLOWS ❤️ They arrive super smashed like the memory foam mattresses. Immediately upon opening the plastic, they begin to fluff up very well. I chose to punch and knead them as instructed, instead of using dryer, to make them fully puffed. You are able to remove some filling, if you find them too thick. I like a nice full pillow. The cool side really does feel cool to the touch. Perfect for those extremely pesky hot flashes or night sweats we women experience. For me, it is very nice to feel that coolness on my head and neck. I think you would be very pleased if you choose to purchase a set. Took detailed photos to show the fullness of pillow. Gave dragon a starring role to hold up pillow for thickness.
