There is a horrible mildew/mold smell the moment you open them. Wayfair was amazing and tried replacing them with new ones but same horrid smell again! I didnt handle them a few seconds and my hands smelled so bad. I tried airing out the first set for days, it didnt help the smell at all and made my room stink. The pillow is overstuffed and super heavy. It is not easy to mold where you want the shredded foam, and once you have it where you want it, it feels like you are sleeping on a hard surface.
