My husband bought one from the COOP company for his sleep apnea and there is ways to lower it or raise it so I thought I would give it a try. I bought one from wayfair and I could not sleep on that thing for nothing. I have a back and neck issues so when I would lay on it I felt like my lower back was being pushed on. For my neck I have so many problems that only surgery can fix so for me it wasn’t working. For my husband he has been sleeping on his for over a month. I do like the fact that you can take layers out of it to get the height that you need or want. The pillow topper is nice also. This just wasn’t for me and my body.
