These pillows are great! The packaging was top notch and honestly my favorite part! When opened, the pillows are quite flat, but if you follow the dryer directions they fluff right up. The pillow remains plump when shifted about throughout the night! Comfortable, soft with a firmness which comes from the quantity of bird down. Something I didn't notice during the shopping process was the info on the tag (no way to see this until you own it): minimum 75% down. In other words, for a down pillow to exclude the word "feathers" from the description (for us folks looking for 100% bird down), it can be minimum 75% down -- the remaining percentage is feathers! That shocked me but something I now know. Unless the product description says 100% down (no feathers), expect there to be some percentage of feather parts (calamus, rachis, vane and/or barbs).
