This has made sleeping on my side so much more comfortable that I no longer sleep on my stomach, which used to be my favorite position, but I know it's the worst for your spine. I'm short and a shorter pillow would make it easier to move it around when I flip sides. But I've made that work. I bought the extra pillow case. I really wish they offered a satin pillow case for this. The cotton one is already pilling and doesn't look nice.. Leanna. Tue Sep 29 2026
